Personal Information.

The NPR Club collects your personal information directly from the form that you complete when you first join the club.  We store:

• Club membership number
• Name
• Postal address,
• Email address,
• Phone number(s),
• Pillion name if appropriate
• Pillion email (optional – if they wish to receive the same emails as you)
• Date of joining
• Motorcyle make and model,
• Motorcyle colour
• Motorcycle registration
• Any consent preferences

We do not collect information from any outside source – except PayPal.  PayPal provides us with certain details when you make a payment and, if you have provided them with a home address, they may also give us this.  They never reveal any banking details.  Generally we do not use this information.

However, in rare circumstances, we discover that the email address provided when a member joins the club does not work, and mail gets bounced back.  In these circumstances, we may resort to using the different email address that PayPal provides.
