Personal Information.

The NPR Club collects your personal information directly from the form that you complete when you join.  We do not gather information from any outside source – except occasionally we may contact you using your PayPal email address .

We use your information in order to

Fulfil our obligations to our members, to keep you informed and to keep our financial records up to date

Annual Membership Renewals

We will invite you to renew your membership  on the anniversary of you joining the club.

How We Share Your Information

We share your details with members of the committee in order to carry out our respective duties.
We do not share any information with anyone outside the club – but see the separate section on e-mails.


E-mails are a special case.  Please read how emails may affect your data privacy.


The club has a private Facebook page for the benefit of and chatter between members.

Lawful Basis for Processing Data

We have a ‘Legitimate Interest’ in processing your data.  When you join the club you expect to receive information about club activities and events and to be informed when your annual membership is due for renewal.

How long do we Keep Your Data ?

For as long as you remain a member.  When you leave the club, we will delete it.
