Eric: Hello Everyone, a date for your diaries. I will be leading a ride on this date, so if you’re available, please be at Wetherby Services on the A1(M) at 9am for a 9.30am start.
The route is one that I’ve done previously, but it has great roads and scenery. I’ll put a call in for nice weather, but can’t guarantee it.
We will head North through the county and have a P&T stop at the Cafe on the A68. Lunch will be the new(ish) cafe in Alston. The afternoon P&T will be at the CB Inn, with a finish at the Leeming Bar Services.

John : The map below is from a route that Eric led in October 2024 – stopping at the 68 cafe and the Nook in Alston.
I am guessing that this is broadly similar to the route that he intends on Sunday 17th.
