This was a long but enjoyable ride, in spite of the Rain which started mid-morning, and didn’t stop.
None of the breaks needed to be booked in advance – We found places in Aberystwyth and on Bala High Street without any trouble.

Welsh main roads were used, so it was easy to make good progress in order to cover the distance – and Welsh main roads are excellent. There is a default 20mph speed limit in all built up areas in Wales these days. I doubt that it would have made much difference to the timing of this ride – given the route and the weather !

The attached GPX contains a route with 5 Via Points and a number of shaping points. It also contains a track of the route which can be displayed in addition to the route on many Zumos. Tracks stay in place whereas routes may be recalculated by the Zumo.
