I have grouped the rides into 4 main areas – based on the location of the lunch stop rather than the start of the route. Lunch is typically the place that is likely to be furthest from the start – so is a good indicator of the direction.

North and North West – Generally, this will containe any route which has a lunch stop that is North of the M62, and West of the top of the Pennine Hills. Eg Lake District & Lancashire.
